Pemberdayaan Lansia Melalui Tari Toron Ka Sabeh untuk Mendukung Kekuatan Otot, Keseimbangan, dan Mobilitas di UPT PSTW Jember

Penurunan kekuatan otot, gangguan keseimbangan, dan berkurangnya mobilitas fungsional meningkatkan kerentanan lansia terhadap jatuh dan hilangnya kemandirian. Program pengabdian ini mengembangkan Tari Toron Ka Sabeh sebagai aktivitas fisik adaptif berbasis budaya lokal bagi lansia di UPT PSTW Jember. Kegiatan bertujuan mendukung kekuatan otot, keseimbangan, dan mobilitas fungsional sekaligus memperkenalkan aktivitas yang menyenangkan dan berpotensi diintegrasikan ke kegiatan rutin institusi. Program dilaksanakan dalam enam sesi yang terdiri atas satu pre-test, empat sesi tari, dan satu post-test. Setiap sesi intervensi menggunakan penjelasan interaktif, demonstrasi dan re-demonstrasi, praktik gerak terbimbing, refleksi, serta pemantauan fisik. Evaluasi berpasangan dilakukan pada 18 lansia dengan data pre-test dan post-test lengkap untuk skor komposit Manual Muscle Testing (MMT) 12 komponen, Berg Balance Test (BBT) 14 item, dan Timed Up and Go (TUG). Rata-rata MMT meningkat dari 53,44 menjadi 55,67 dan median dari 54,00 menjadi 57,50; 10 peserta meningkat, lima tetap, dan tiga menurun. Rata-rata TUG membaik dari 15,11 menjadi 14,33 detik dan median dari 14,50 menjadi 13,00 detik, walaupun respons individual heterogen. Pada BBT, rata-rata menurun dari 49,94 menjadi 47,44, sedangkan median meningkat dari 51,50 menjadi 53,00. Uji Wilcoxon eksploratif tidak menunjukkan perubahan berpasangan yang signifikan secara statistik (seluruh p > 0,05). Temuan ini lebih tepat dipahami sebagai bukti kelayakan penerapan dan sinyal awal perubahan fungsi, bukan bukti efektivitas kausal. Program perlu dilanjutkan dengan durasi lebih panjang, progresi gerak individual, pemantauan berulang, dan pengukuran proses yang lebih lengkap.
