CONFERENCE PUBLICATION & SPECIAL ISSUE POLICY
1. ELIGIBLE ORGANIZERS
- Universities & Health Institutes
- Health Polytechnics (Poltekkes)
- Nursing Academies (AKPER)
- Professional Nursing Associations
2. NATURE OF COLLABORATION
Collaborations are limited to manuscript handling in accordance with standard procedures. No fast-track, no guaranteed acceptance, and no preferential review.
3. MANDATORY PROMOTIONAL WORDING
Selected papers may be considered for publication in JKKI following the journal's standard editorial and peer review process.
4. SUBMISSION & FEES
→ No Duplicate Publication: Full-text conference proceedings are not accepted. Only abstracts from abstract books are eligible.
→ APC Discount: A 20% discount is applied per accepted article for approved collaborations. This is financial only and does not influence editorial rigor.
→ No Early LOA: No Letters of Acceptance are issued prior to final editorial acceptance.
5. SPECIAL ISSUE REQUIREMENTS
- Frequency: One special issue per year.
- Volume: 10-20 articles per issue.
- Diversity: Authors from at least 5 institutions.
- Timeline: ~12 months from submission to publication.
- Authority: JKKI Editors retain full control (no Guest Editors).
- Limit: Max 2 articles per author; max 5 authors/article.
- MoU/MoA: Required before any promotion.
6. EDITORIAL WORKFLOW
STEP 1: TITLE SCREENING
Organizers submit proposed titles for scope relevance.
STEP 2: ABSTRACT & FULL-TEXT VETTING
Secondary screening for suitability and compliance.
STEP 3: SYSTEM SUBMISSION (Online in OJS)
Approved manuscripts are submitted through the journal system.
STEP 4: INDEPENDENT PEER REVIEW
Two JKKI-appointed reviewers assess each manuscript.
