AI Policy for Authors
Scope: This policy pertains to the writing process only. It does not prohibit Al use for data analysis in research, provided it is disclosed in the Methods section.

1. Generative AI in Writing
Authors may use Al to enhance language and readability. However, human supervision is mandatory. Authors remain 100% accountable for accuracy and integrity. Al tools cannot be listed as authors or co-authors.

Required Declaration Statement
"The author(s) used [NAME TOOL/SERVICE] during the preparation of this work to [REASON]. After utilizing the tool/service, the author(s) thoroughly reviewed and edited the content as necessary and assumed full responsibility for the publication's content."

2. AI in Images & Graphics
Explanatory: Diagrams allowed if verified for accuracy.
Artistic: Draft artwork allowed if rights are cleared.
Evidential: NOT allowed for scientific/clinical proof.

For Reviewers
Manuscripts are confidential. Do not upload content to Al tools as it violates author rights and data privacy. Where this is suspected, the journal reserves the right to reject the report.

For Editors
Strict confidentiality must be maintained. Editors must not process submitted manuscripts through generative Al systems. Where this is suspected, the journal reserves the right to reject the report.
