Penguatan Pengasuhan Digital melalui Implementasi Program D.I.G.I-KID dalam Mengelola Konsumsi Short Video Anak Usia Dini

Abstract

Penggunaan short video secara berlebihan menjadi tantangan bagi orang tua dalam menerapkan pengasuhan digital pada anak. Kegiatan ini bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan orang tua melalui Program Digital Intake Guidance for Intelligent Development (D.I.G.I-KID). Kegiatan melibatkan 100 orang tua anak usia dini di Desa Pager, Kecamatan Purwosari, Kabupaten Pasuruan. Edukasi diberikan menggunakan modul D.I.G.I-KID yang mencakup pengelolaan screen time, co-viewing, family media plan, dan screen-free zones. Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan desain one-group pretest-posttest. Rata-rata skor pengetahuan meningkat dari 48,50 ± 10,20 menjadi 84,10 ± 5,40, dengan peningkatan sebesar 35,60 poin. Hasil paired sample t-test menunjukkan perbedaan signifikan antara pretest dan posttest (t = −36,142; p < 0,001). Program D.I.G.I-KID dapat menjadi pendekatan edukasi berbasis keluarga untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan orang tua dalam menerapkan pengasuhan digital dan mengelola konsumsi short video anak.
